How to ini edit?

Already made character (older then 2 days)

You will need a makeover scroll. Makeover Scrolls can be obtained from the level 28 quest Beautiful Chang's Wish, DQ Points system for 1000 points, 50 tokens from the boutique agent, from the boutique, accessed by pressing O in-game for 2 gold or from the event boutique for 6 event gold.
Cheapest way to obtain Makeover Scroll is with DQ Points.

Navigate trough folders to find character data. Common location of data is in side C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata\character\customize 

Find your character's class and gender, then open that folder.
Note: Every class, race is divided in to special folders. To find in what folder is your characters data, use next list.

After you found folder, of desired character. Open folder, and move your ini file, in side that folder. 

Open your PW client, speak  to Cosmetic Master Yun (532, 633) Archosaur, SouthWest. Talk to NPC, put Make Over scroll in to a box and click Confirm. After editing window is opened, locate your ini file in left, up corner, under box Saved Presets. Choose your ini file, press Confirm. And you are done.

New Characters (new-made, younger then 2 days)

The procedure is the same as in the previous step, but this time you do not have to use Make Over scroll, simply in Character selection, click on Modify button, find ini file under Saved Presets, Confirm. And you are done.
